From a structural perspective, the cylinder head of a hydraulic cylinder is mostly in a circular or oval plate - like structure that matches the outer diameter of the cylinder barrel. Inside, there are parts (such as threaded holes, spigots, etc.) for connection with the cylinder barrel and a central hole for the piston rod to pass through (the inner surface is precisely machined and there may be a seal installation groove).
From a functional perspective, it plays a sealing role. Through the internal seals, it isolates the working chamber from the outside to prevent oil leakage. At the same time, it has connection and support functions. One end is connected to the cylinder barrel to form a working chamber, and the other end provides support and guidance for the movement of the piston rod.
